Returns & Refunds

We want you to love our products and services. However, please, understand we are a small craft shop and due to the custom nature of 3D printed products, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Because we create many items to order, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis. In addition, you may explore the Canadian Consumer Protection Guidelines to understand your rights as a shopper.

Shipping Rules in our General Terms and Conditions

Our policy is to ship within 3 business days. Usually, however, we do our best to ship the same day.

Shipping Policy for Canada

Regarding our logistics, we take pride in our shipping efficiency. We offer Free Standard Shipping on selected products within our catalog, provided the delivery address is located within Canada.

  • Eligibility: Eligible items will display a “Free Shipping” badge.
  • Exclusions: Standard rates apply to non-eligible items in your cart. If a cart contains a mix of eligible and non-eligible items, standard shipping rates will apply to the non-eligible portion of the order unless otherwise stated. Free shipping does not apply to international orders or express shipping upgrades. Additional surcharges may apply for shipments to extremely remote northern regions.
  • Modifications: Freaky Factory reserves the right to modify or discontinue free shipping offers at any time without prior notice.

  • Free shipping promotions does not apply on international order.
  • Please, be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs fees beyond our control.
