Please, understand we are a small craft shop and due to the custom nature of 3D printed products, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Shipping

Our policy is to ship within 3 business days. Usually, however, we do our best to ship the same day. We ship worldwide, so please use the Contact Us form to get a quote.

Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs fees beyond our control.
